Scrabster Village Hall phone number???

Need to get hold of the person who takes booking for Scrabster Village Hall. Tried on here in the Community section and the lady who answered the phone lives in Halkirk and has nothing to do with the hall. Also cannot find it anywhere online and Tourist Information haven't got it either...
So, can anyone help??

I have decided to give up because there are so many people to chase up, most of who I have no idea where to even start looking for and all I wanted was to phone and book a hall, so I decided to go for one that is advertised with a phone number. But thanks again for all who tried to help!
