Icecream maker

I bought an icecream maker and now can make gluten free icecream. Today I made vanilla and go everything ready to make strawberry tomorrow, with nice fresh farm grown strawberries. So much flavour. The icecream should be nice, I hope so.

My favourite is Coconut Ice Cream.

2 egg yolks
9 fl oz tinned coconut milk
3 oz castor sugar
5 fl oz cream
Beat the sugar and egg yolks until light and fluffy. Add the coconut milk and lightly whipped cream and mix well. Pour into ice cream maker and switch on.
