Bignold Swing Park - damaged play equipment

Does anyone know how I can report damage to the play equipment at the bignold park? The highland council website is just giving me the run around. One of the climbing frames has been damaged leaving a big open gap with a couple of sharp pieces of metal exposed which could easily harm little ones.

There is a sign at the entrance to the playarea with the contact nos on it!
