Thank you both, I will get in contact with him now. Won't hold my breath about anything being done though!

I've emailed him in the past and again quite recently; he always replies quickly. They must be having serious problems with so many BT Yahoo email users having their accounts hacked. Be interesting to see if the service improves when they give up on Yahoo and start their own platform as promised later this year.

Well Badger I have just sent off a rather cutting email to him - the problem we have has been going on for over 10 years - I hope you are right and a I get an answer soon. May be he will even get the problem sorted!:roll:

OK so sending a cutting email to the top works, I have just had a call from the Chairman's office. I now have a dedicated contact who is getting the ball rolling. I will of course let you know when (possibly) my problems are dealt with.
