HACCP- Intermediate course in Wick

There is going to be an intermediate certified course on HACCP ( Hazard analises and critical control points) in Wick on Febuary 12/13. This might be of interest for someone working in a food business, especially if dealing with raw produce like milk, meat or fish.

I hope it goes ahead I was suppose to do this course in Portree last month but it got cancelled due to there only being the three of us....
