Whoever sold it this time took a loss of about £450,000... This is the forth time this land has changed hands since 2006

I just heard it was the buying agent for Asda who has purchased the mart site, dont quote me on that as the source may not be correct.Any further info would be good if anyone else heard the news.Cheers vdub.
