I would recommend Video Viewpoint. Did ours a few years back and was excellent. Didn't find him intrusive and he caught everything on our wedding day. Also did the presents on request.

My sisters both used Video Viewpoint - so did my cousin when they got married in Skye. He really does an excellent job. We phoned when we were getting married, but he was already booked. In the end, we decided to give it a miss altogether.
