Old St. Peter’s Church, ThursoAs many people have seen, for the past few years, Old St. Peter’s Church, one of county’s most historic buildings has sadly been locked to the public and visiting tourists. This beautiful building owned by the Highland Council desperately needs conservation work. A group of like minded people are joining forces to try and make sure action is taken so that this building is shown the proper attention before its too late. It won’t even take two minutes of your time, so please show your support and sign the online petition.

I would just like to add that a conventional petition has been running for 3 days now and we have at least 800 signatures at present. A number of places around town have the petition forms and there will be a chance for people to sign it in the precinct tomorrow morning.
