Climb Spittal Hill and you will get a good view of Watten.

I think it a fine place to live, but I am biased as I have lived here a long time!!!:lol:

Me and my partner have lived in watten for a year and we think its a fine quite place with good ameanaties and most of the peolpe are very friendly and willing to help .
The views are one of the best in caithness on a clear day
Are you thinking of moving here ?

victoria watten is a very nice wee village nice and quiet and peaceful grat loch if your hubby likes fishing and is only 7 miles from all the big stores up here i was brought up there so you wont go wrong living there guaranteed

I live in Watten too and it's a great wee villiage. It's got school, pub, post office, shop, nail bar, church and a short drive to Wick or thurso and the people are friendly.

Watten is a beautifull village, its got a pub ,a school a lovely loch with scenic walks, fishing and its crime free. its located more or less central between Wick & Thurso.[ more so to Wick] I dont live there myself but i visit friends there regulary. If you,ve got a car and you like the quiet life go for it.
you will no doubt enjoy it.
