High Court gives green light to PIP legal challenge

The High Court has given the Green Light for a Legal Challenge against the new PIP Benefit that is being brought in to replace DLA.

If this is upheld then it could be a big blow to IDS and his scheme to cut the Disabled Benefits.

What is (not) surprising is the complete dearth of any news coverage for this.

I have just tried a Google and Google News search on this subject and apart from the link above the only mention is one from The Guardian in April.
