Allegations include a serious weapon assault

A THURSO man is facing charges including a serious assault involving a weapon.
Neil Benjamin Morley made no plea or declaration when he made a brief appearance before Sheriff Andrew Berry at Wick Sherif Court today.
In addition to the assault allegation, Morley is accused of threatening behaviour, and vandalism.
The charges follow a disturbance at the Commercial Bar, in Thurso, on April 7.
Morley, 32, was remanded in custody, pending further inquiry.
