DarkAngel, I just went into UserCP, edit avatar and uploaded an image from my computer. This should be the easiest way :)

Stumurf, you already have .orger status, so can have an avatar if you wish. :)

Heidi, an avatar is the wee pic to the left of your name. Once you have been a member for a certain amount of time, you become a .orger :)
