There is only 2 scrap dealers in caithness obriens and speedy they are the only legal ones .speedy in Thurso and obriens in ulbster all these other idiots don't even have sepa licence

Are you sure of this ?? I would think it would be an offence to operate without a sepa licence or a waste carriers licence as a minimium. And there seems to be quite a few doing it !!!
