Does anyone know of anyone interested in building a house on the new estate on Mt Pleasant? Its not often you see John Gunns having to advertise in the paper to sell plots of land! From what I've heard so far the prices are a little outrageous to say the least, a friend was going to buy a house on there and was given a ballpark figure of what it would cost and then when it came down to it, the price increased by £100,000!!!!
Looks like Thurso may have a lot of incomers on the way - possibly movie stars at those prices!
