hi ive just cured my first bacon pig....... its fab!! but now im looking for some other recipes to brine cure my next pig....... ive been told of honey cured!! sounds yummy!! but alas no one can remember the actual ingrediants.... so im asking for help........ any recipes then i can experiment.... :confused:

Don't stop there, though................. tell us what is involved, what equipment you need, what you do with all the cured meat etc, how much cheaper it is, how much better it is?

I'm not saying that we would all rush out and buy a pig, but you could be paving the way for a future industry (for yourself) ?
