BT broadband

Word has it(on the internet grapevine) that Bt are upgrading all their customers to 2Mb broadband!! this does not apply to broadband basic.
It should be up and running before July if the sites are correct.
This will be at NO extra cost to us, which is great!!!! something for nothing from BT!!!! :D

Yes this is right - details on the website. Also I think broadband basic customers are to be upgraded to 1Mb for free as well - but later on in the year.

We just got connected to BT Yahoo! Broadband last week & I haven't been able to tear myself away from the computer since. Dial-up connections should be banned in the interests of health & safety - my stress levels are way down since we connected to broadband (lol) :Razz

this change will take effect as from the 17th of feb but this process takes time, called bt the other day and this is the info i got given
