The owner of a small property beside me cemented the outer stone built wall and poured cement down the drain that catches the rain water from my home. This is blocked and I have no idea what to do as the guy who owns the property has rented it out to a business and has gone back to England. The rainwater is running through to other neighbors properties and is making the pathway very slippy and dangerous. There is no way of contacting the person who did this and they would probably not be interested in getting it sorted. It looks like I am going to have to do this myself.

Get in touch with your house insurance company and let them sort it out.

Connect a hosepipe to the rhone and then run it round through the letterbox. The tenant in there will soon get in touch with the landlord!

Phill, I so wish I could and as you well know as I told you last week we have other issues with his premises too.

Would this not be considered "Criminal Damage" in the eyes of the law?

Is that what you meant?
