Guys, Does anyone know of a venue in Caithness which would seat at least 300 people for a meal plus room for a stage that is not a hotel. Could be a warehouse that could be dressed or an existing space with a stage. Cheers

RDA building Halkirk would seem to fit the bill? Catering might be a problem....

We would bring our own kitchen .... Is there contact details for the venue?

The Assembley Rooms in Wick and they have a big kitchen.;)

Hi Squidge, I think your best bet would be Wick Assembly Rooms. Contact number to book is Highland Council Service Point, Tel: 01955 607782.

It may be that either Wick High School (01955 603333) or Thurso High School (01847 893822) could accommodate your number of 300 but I'm not sure.

If you're using the kitchen facilities you will need to have someone with a Food Hygiene qualification in charge. The venue you choose should be able to advise you on this.
