Google "British Passports" and you will find all the information you require. :D

They cost £400 and you have to take along 3 pieces of info: your Bank Account and sort code, your inside leg measurement, and proof of the year you lost your virginity. Interviews take place in a secret underground bunker on Arran. Take steel knickers with you!

You have been warned!

That is where my partner got the information he needed when he had to get a passport in 2010. He went for his interview at the industrial estate next to Tesco's in Wick. As far as I know that has now closed, and you would have to either go to Inverness or Orkney for the interview.

Cptdodger gave you a good link to follow, I was only trying to give you something to smile at, I'm so sorry to have spoiled your thread, I shan't ever do it again.

PS If you must chastise me at least have the decency to spell properly and construct a decent sentence. :-)

I would suggest you go to the UK government passport site first - https://www.gov.uk/browse/citizenship/passports

Other web site offer services but may also have other charges and their phone lines are often premium rates.

Check the government web site first before going to other web sites and save yourself some cash perhaps. Other sites will probably show the same charges for passports but may have other costs if you need to phone them.

Also to make sure it is correct to save problems you can use the Check and Send service at Post Offices -
see http://www.postoffice.co.uk/passport-check-send
Might be worth it for the small charge and make sure you have it all correct.

But check here first - https://www.gov.uk/browse/citizenship/passports

Happy holiday.
