Did you or anyone you know quote/apply for the above mentioned sculpture commissions?
I'm a curator currently writing a series of articles about the commissioning of public art within Scotland and am looking for specific information regarding the Dunnet beach and head commissions. I have plenty of information about the project but am looking for information about the contract bidding process.
As i couldn't apply for the bidding of the contract i am looking for further information on the bidding process ie. what information was given to "suppliers" by the Highland Council with their invitation to quote and what information was required by "suppliers" within their quote.
Anything you can offer would be greatly appreciated, if you feel uncomfortable sharing this publicly please private message me.
