Went into the jobcentre today...to look for a job...and was told that when there are people in signing on then your not allowed to use the job search machine.....you have to make an appointment!!!!!!!...i said this IS a jobcentre isn't it??? she said yes, but due to health and safety if they are busy you have to go back when its not....!!!!! hey ho....silly me, i thought the jobcentre was a public body......oh well i'll stick to the newspapers and internet in future...which is what i was more or less told to do when i went in......bit miffed really considering i did a 30 mile round trip to go there.....she told me i could look today but to remember in future...!!!!
