Wick High School PSA (parent and staff association) are trying to raise funds to purchase a mini bus for the school. One event we have is a 'bag pack' on Hogmany in Somerfields. We would be most grateful for anyone who wishes to volunteer an hour of their time to help.
If you are interested, pop into the Wick High School office and ask to put your name down. Any help toward our goal would be wonderful...............go on, you know you want to!!

Hogmanay? That's a tall order. I think I'll manage to go as a buyer and make a monetary contribution though.

Through - As you say it might be a tall order to get people to come on HOgmanay but this date became available after the scouts cancelled so we jumped at the chance. Its a pity that you can't help but if you are shopping there then a donation would be very welcome. The money is for a very good cause, namely WHS PSA Mini bus Appeal. The PSA are working hard at organising fund raising events for 2007 as these buses dont come cheap and we are looking at raising a minimum of £10,000+ matched with funding where available. If you have children at the High School who are involved in school sporting activities, then this bus will benefit them in particular. So dig deep on the 31st every penny shall be gratefully received.
