Thurso man remanded after denying charge
A THURSO joiner, who denied breaching a residential Sexual Offences Act requirement, was remanded in custody today pending his trial next month.
Andrew Bremner (29) pleaded not guilty when he appeared from custody at Wick Sheriff Court today.
The charge alleges that Bremner, of Miller’s Lane, Thurso, falsely declared to the police that he was living at an address in Ardarroch Court, Aberdeen, on certain dates, when in fact he was not residing there and did not intend to.
The accused will stand trial on December 14.
