Mike Russell keen to see how various education strands fit together

EDUCATION minister Mike Russell is visiting Caithness today to see centres old and new.
First on his whistlestop schedule will be the rundown Wick High School, soon to be relocated to a brand new, state-of-the-art building and will meet teachers, parents and pupils, before moving on to see the old corn mill at Ham Girnel which the orgnisation North Highland connections is hoping to turn into a residential study centre for the visual and performing arts. The minister will also pay a visit to North Highland College's Thurso campus.
Mr Russell says he is keen to learn more about how all these facets of education fit together.
