As someone who's made frequent visits to the Osteopath for the past year, I can't reccomend this enough!

I was in a pretty horiffic accident a few years ago that left my bones pretty much folded like an accordion :lol:

A year ago I started getting problems with my back and went down to see the osteopath. Through all the clickin' and crackin' and advice I am now in far less pain than I ever was before :)
