Ok, most folks are having a bird for main course. So what about pudding? Sherry trifle? Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy butter? Nothing because you'll be too full from main course? We're having something called a Mrs Fettes Christmas pudding, which is lighter than the traditional one and, I know this sounds horrible, has grated carrot in it. It's yummy with loads of cream and brandy butter. Can't wait!

well i haven't decided yet.

Starters & main course is hubby's department but pudding is mine.

It will probably be shop bought rather than home made.

We have plum duff - only my mum would eat traditional christmas pudding. Usually fresh fruit salad too. Hopefully my sister will make a lemon cheesecake - its the only cheesecake I like :D but she usually makes trifle :(

Christmas pudding for sure and definitely brandy butter. In fact, I'll prolly have some brandy butter again on its own for after afters.

Trifle? Yuk! Soggy sponge, cold custard, how can anyone put that in their mouth?

Given a choice I'd go for Clootie Dumpling - bizzarre eh? but I can never get enough of it. But I also enjoy 'the other puds' mentioned in this thread.

My "Better half" makes her own Christmas pudding, for the main meal - But we have to have our 5 pint Trifle to have with the Christmas tea.

Fact is we never get round to having Christmas tea - we are all stuffed from Dinner. but nothing goes to waste here.

Whatever you have I hope you all enjoy it - as we will
