What's all this malarky? I hate it when someone in the room is talking when I'm trying to watch something, never mind some pratt in Birmingham.

What do you mean by "twiting"? In Caithness to "twite" (rhymes with "bite") means to fidget.

Kind of synonymous with whittling or paring, in our house.

Your house sounds like a barrel of laughs, anyone play the banjo?

Lol George Brims to me to Twite means you have just spotted a wee nondescript brown bird!

There's a barrel of twitings left over from whittling a banjo from a double bass.

Could you possibly mean me???? Surely it is vital to know that the actor you are watching used to be in Doctor Who, or is left-handed, or looks a bit like my Great aunt Minnie???
