Beware of power machine offers
POLICE in the Highlands have received reports that a number of Irish men are currently in the area attempting to sell power machines such as generators and washers.
Members of the public in Fort Augustus and Invergarry have contacted police to express concern at the tactics some of these individuals are using.
Northern Constabulary would like to make the public aware of this sort of occurrence and remind them to contact police or trading standards officers if they have any concerns about individuals calling at their homes or the authenticity of any goods being presented.
