Basically according to a leaked document produced by someone - not leaked by him - who used to work at the Department for Culture, Media and Sport BT are inflating the costs of rural broadband rollouts so they can get more money from the government and subsidise their urban rollouts.

Doesn't surprise me in the slightest... As a private company all they care about is maximising profits for shareholders... Should never of been privatised in the first place.
