Hiya i am looking for a 5 core cable 4 wirses and a earth ? any ideas where i could get one and the price it would be?

Try MacLean electrical or City Electrics at the airport industrial estate. Cost depends upon length and cable conductor size

It’s the copper in the middle of the cable surrounded by the plastic insulator. The size in mm2 (millimetres squared) relates to the maximum load the cable can carry. You will need to tell the shop how many amps the cable is going to be subjected to.
