Trying to transcribe OPR,s. Original pages are in a very poor condition and barely legible. Does anyone know of a program, cheap or free, which might be used to enhance the images?
Any help greatly appreciated

What is an OPR? I've found that if you are having difficulty reading an original page with the naked eye then there will be no program on Earth that can do it for you with any degree of accuracy. Good luck, I'm watching this thread with interest.

Do you mean OCR? Optical Character Recognition. Can't help further than that but if you google OPR Software you won't get as far as if you google OCR Software!
