Hi going to London, hubby, 10year old daughter & me, in October. Have been looking at accomodation.............but its a nightmare trying to pick somewhere unless you want to pay lots of money & stay central. We feel that if we stay a bit out it might be better at night time for our daughter. Any recommendations orgers.

Premier Inn Kings Cross/St Pancras (York Way) is really good... nice and clean, not too noisy, just round the corner from the tube station.

Hi thereWe stayed at the Premier Inn County Hall. It's very central - right beside the London Eye and near Waterloo Station. Nice and clean and suited us just fine. Good luck with your search.Kx

Stayed at Bank Travelodge in June which was close 2 Canon St underground station and Bank St underground station so perfect for getting around and if you book in advance then its nice and cheap! Had never been before and was easy 2 find, flew 2 Luton got the bus 2 Baker Street then got on subway 2 Canon St station and was literally 2 min walk 2 hotel! It is quite a new travelodge so room was spotless.

Just back from a trip down last week and we stayed in The Hoxton Hotel which was nice, maybe a bit more expensive but they sometimes have a £1 room sale if you check their website!
