Not suspicious say transport police
British Transport Police have said there does not appear to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of a man struck by a train arriving at Thurso station yesterday. Police are currently working to confirm his identity.
The train was the 4pm Wick-Inverness service.
A full report on the incident will be submitted to Wick fiscal, David Barclay.
