3 storey house guttering needing cleaning???

Who could i ask about quoting to do the guttering cleaning of a 3 storey house in Wick? Have a small dribble where i suspect a clip has failed and would like them given a wee clean....not a big job just high up really. Any sugestions?

hire of a cherry picker type access machine due to the height....
