I'm looking for the best place to approach about hire/borrowing a pretty big tarpaulin in caithness? I need to measure yet but I would guess somewhere in the region of 115m x 10m. Any clues?

You could probably buy a sheet / roll of dpc cheaply enough. Try Allan's of Gillock.
