How to upload a Profile picture?

I've had an account for a wee while now and I consider myself good with computers but for the life of me I can't find how to upload a profile picture. Any help?

You get a Photo or Image ready on your Computer. Then click on settings top right on any page. When in Settings go to the left and Click on "Edit Profile Picture"

You will see 2 empty fields, go to Option 2 the lower one and click on the Browse button to the right of the field. Find the File of the Photo or Image you want to upload then click on save changes.

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 150 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
