hi all those in the hotel and hospitality industry did you know if you have fallen on hard times you may be able to get help from this group they are run by chefs and others that have experienced it or famous chefs also we need to get the posters up in other hotels and pubs or any other Hospitality companys out there so more staff see it just in case you need them tell them Andy at the Portland arms told you about them there is no shame in asking for help:lol:
you can download the posters of the site and ask to put them up at work please lets help every none in this trade that needs it as its a hard trade to be in and low payed so when we need help there is some one there
