Next to Norfrost in Castletown

Can anyone tell me about the building next to the main entrance to norfrost. It looks like it may have been a doctors surgery. It has no notices. i'm wondering if it is for sale but no one seems to know about it. I even asked at the shop on the corner.

It was owned by the Grants when they had Norfrost and certain employees lived in it. It was never a doctors surgery. Not sure who has it now.
