need a kick up the bum and motivation.....
And willing victims to help me get into my dress!
That can and are willing to drag me out to workout once the kids are in bed...any workout ...
needs must as I have over an inch of torso fat to lose in under 4 weeks ...(cheaply) without running etc as I have a very dodgy knee!

I didn't think I had that much to lose (started at 10st 9lbs with a BMI of 24, which is in the normal range) - I lost half a stone in the 5-day Phase 1 and carried on to lose another 12lbs over the next 3 months to get to 9st 2lbs. BMI now 21.something and I've gone from a size 12 to between an 8 and a 10, depending on the shop.
