I'm looking for someone with experience to teach me how to use my sewing machine. From the basics right the way through to the more complex side. If anyone can help please PM me.

Thanks! :)

You tried the SWRI?
Or the beads and crafts shop in Wick...

No, never heard of them before. I'm in Thurso so I don't get out to Wick a lot to ask. Do SWRI teach sewing skills?

We have a craft group who meet every Wednesday afternoon, 2-4pm Latheron Hall. Pop along, I'm sure one of us can help you.

Anne at Tickety Boo in John O'Groats will be running workshops for people wishing to learn how to sew, use sewing machines, etc. I don't have her number to hand, but I am sure if you google it, you will get her number. Anne will be happy to give you any info.

Her shop is in the craft centre, through the arch, behind Flavours.

Yeah I was looking for hands on teaching. I learn better that way, youtube is helpful though.
