Plans Plus Elgin did mine-cheapest I could find anywhere. Some architects wanted 4k. Had them done for about £800 from Plans Plus.

I have just had new build plans drawn up by Foggo Design and would thoroughly recommend them

I would go with jonathan miller at Caithness design services he's cheaper then the first comment on here for extensions , give him a call on 01955 651767. Very professional and helpful.
