Help from someone with a metal detector

I am hoping for some help from someone with a metal detector. I have recently taken down a structure which was held together with 2 inch metal pins. In taking this down, we have lost some of the metal pins, and wondered whether anyone with a metal detector could come up to us for about hour to help find them.

Have u tried using a magnet any old speakers will have one handy if u dont get detector.
