Today I want to put a word of praise and a "Great Big Thank You" on the message board,as you can see from the blurb in the top right I live a long way from Caithness, although i'm a frequent visitor to my Dad and Sister.
Yesterday was a big day for Wick in that Tesco opened their doors and I no longer have to listen to my sister moan about the cost of fresh poultry:lol:
It was also a big day for my Niece as she was the little girl that cut the ribbon, She was so proud to be asked.
My BIG "Thank You" goes to Bill Fernie who as always was there to capture the moment on camera and I got to see this as soon as I got home. It means a lot to have the contact with the local events.
