Housing development in lybster

Does anyone know anything of the proposed housing development beside the golf course for 8 houses??? Access via the front of roselea cottage on the main street opposite the bowling club??? Does anyone know when the work will begin and if the houses are to be privately sold or are they sheltered or council??

i know that they are renovating the old church opposite the lybster hall into flats ....but your question .have no idea sorry.
