I have been asked to review a report by the Care Inspectorate on their visit to Thurso in March 2012 which included the sheltered housing complex at Oldfield Court and Queen`s Court. I have found the website ok but can`t find that particular report. Could some clever person please post the missing link for me? Many thanks in advance.
