Hello everyone

On sunday at 10:10am I should hopefully be taking the Endurance LIfe Real Relay baton from Keiss to Gills Bay to get it on its way to Orkney. This is a real relay (unlike the olympic one which travels a fair amount on wheels) with the baton torch traveling by running power. In order for the baton to get to me, the relay needs runners to move the baton up the A9. One of the hardest legs has already been taken by a fellow North Highland Harrier Andrew Tait who will be setting of from Helmsdale at 2:45 in the morning to take it to Berriedale, but their are 3 stages between this and me that need runners.

If you can sustain 10 min/mile pace and want to be part of something unique in this olympic year either go to their website http://www.endurancelife.com/realrelay/? or their facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Endurancelife/app_382668701785970)page and see what its about, the relay baton needs YOU.
