hi anyone having problems with the picture on all the HD channels. The sound is perfect. Thanks in advance:~(

No Problems at all and our Picture and Sound is Perfect. Perhaps your dish has been moved slightly by the wind.

We are receiving no HD channel pictures at all - only sound.

Unplug your Sky box, for 5 mins, replug, and switch back on, this clears many faults.

Check that the scart plugs are all secure. Sound without picture and vice versa are often due to a scart not properly connected.

I would expect the HD picture to be poor if using scart connections!

In addition to all the other advice, it may be worth while trying a planner rebuild which can clear up a lot of problems:

1. Press services on your Sky remote control.
2. Highlight the Settings menu.
3. Press 0, 1 then select to access the Installer Setup menu (this menu is not listed on the Settings menu options).
4. Select Rebuild/Sky+ Rebuild and press select.
5. Select/confirm any warning messages.
6. Wait for everything to reboot and reinitialise before doing anything, this can take about 5 to 9 minutes.

If that doesn't work do a 5 minutes power cycle as suggested but with your Sky card removed.
