Suspect is travelling alone in the Highlands



Northern Constabulary is keen to trace a female who has been travelling alone throughout the Highlands and is alleged to have committed fraud at board and lodgings at hotels and bed and breakfast establishments. This female is believed to be using false names and addresses and leaving substantial unpaid bills.
Most recently between end of April and beginning of May at an hotel in Ullapool, Wester Ross a woman has pre booked a reservation under an email address and provided on arrival what is suspected to be a false name and address in Manchester. Having checked in to stay for a number of nights, she has left the premises nearing the end of stay without paying the bill that included food and drink. This woman has not been associated to a vehicle or other mode of transport.
Her description is as follows- 5' 9" in height, medium build, in her 30's, long brown hair fuzzy style, tied back.
Police are keen to hear from anyone who may have information regarding the identity and whereabouts of the female to make contact with local police or contact Northern Constabulary, on 01463 715555, or alternatively Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
