Anyone know of any washing machines lying about outside for dumping, I'm badly needing the waste hose to replace my own leaking one................

Try asking at the homeaid store up at Ormlie Industrial Estate.

You might be lucky at the recycling centre. Failing that they are cheap enough to buy in Ross` hardware or the Plumb centre in Thurso. Might a patch over the leak, yards of duck tape and a couple of jubilee clips see you through in the meantime?
