Wick man faces careless driving charge at town's court
A WICK man stands accused of driving carelessly at Murkle and causing injury to himself and two others.
Grant Anderson’s solicitor, Jo McDonald requested a continuation without plea, when the case was called at Wick Sheriff Court on Friday.
The charge alleges that Anderson (22) of Seven Oaks, Oldwick, Wick, pulled out in front of a Honda Civic which was already carrying out an overtaking manoeuvre, on January 30, resulting in a collision involving the two vehicles, causing damage to both and injury to the accused, Gordon Macleod and Kevin Morrice.
The case will come before the court again on May 25.
